We map the distribution of dhfr and dhps genes associated with SP resistance in Africa

The genetic data presented on the maps were collated from published scientific literature. A database of geo-referenced genetic data was generated as part of a resistance mapping project funded by the Gates Malaria Partnership (GMP).

This website and the interactive maps were developed with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) through grants to the GMP and the IPTi Consortium (IPTi Consortium). The funders had no role in study design, data analysis or data presentation in this website.
